RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Thank you so much for shopping with us! Here at Cashmere and Company, we hope you are absolutely satisfied with every purchase you make. In the event that you are not satisfied, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise if returned within 10 days of purchase. Items must be returned in NEW condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Discount codes are FINAL SALE. All sale items, earrings, and shoes are FINAL SALE. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. All refunds will post within 2-4 business days. Cashmere and Company reserves the right to refuse a refund or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
The return total will be credited back in the original form of payment, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 7 business days for Cashmere and Company to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Cashmere and Company is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
Return By Mail
If you would like to use a pre-paid USPS label to return your item(s), please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and item(s) you are returning and we will email you a pre-paid return label that you can print out and tape to your package.

Securely pack your merchandise, return form and original invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope and mail the package with the return label fastened to the outside. If you need to print another Online Return/Exchange Form, click here. Once we receive your package, we will issue a refund, less the cost of original shipping and an $5 USPS return shipping fee if a pre-paid label is used. You will receive an email notifying you of the transaction. Please allow 2-4 business days for the refund to be applied to your bank account.
In order to serve you most efficiently, we do not offer mail in exchanges. Instead, you'll get the right size or color fastest if you simply place a second order and complete a return for the incorrect item. We will ship your new order to you immediately.
When returning your items to be exchanged, please be sure to include the original order invoice and complete the return/exchange form. If you have already placed an order for the new item, complete the return form, indicate the appropriate reason code for an exchange, and provide the new order number. Once your return/exchange is received, we will credit your shipping for the second order. On an exchange, Cashmere and Company will happily cover the cost of shipping.
