How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information via email directly from USPS as soon as your item has shipped.

I need to exchange an item for a different size. What do I do?

Great question. Have you checked out our Returns + Exchanges PoliciesIn order to serve our customers efficiently, we do not offer mail in exchanges. Instead, we can ask that our customers place a second order and complete a return for the incorrect item(s). This will ensure customers receive the item(s) as quickly as possible and that it's still available on the website. 

How does this item run? 

With each product, we provide a product description that we highly recommend our customers read before they checkout. We will note if a product runs small, large, or true to size. Also, we provide detail on the products fabric and care instructions. 

This is my first time shopping with your boutique, do you offer a new customer discount code?

Yes! For all new customers, we offer 10% off first purchases with discount code FIRST.

I'd like to return an item, what do I do?

In the event that you are not satisfied, we will gladly issue a refund for the value of the merchandise if returned within 10 days of purchase. Items must be returned in NEW condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Discount codes are FINAL SALE. All sale items, earrings, and shoes are FINAL SALE.
